General Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM).

2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. All prices are subjected to 8% SST.

4. All safety rules and regulations must be strictly complied.


  1. Life jacket must be worn at all times

  2. Alcohol, Smoking and Vaping are strictly prohibited.

  3. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

5. Ticket policy;


  1. ADULT rates apply to adult 13 years old and above (based on year of born). Please present your identity card / passport for verification purpose.

  2. CHILDREN rates apply to children above 80cm in height or age 12 years old and below (based on year of born / whichever comes first). Please present your identity card / passport for verification purpose.

  3. SENIOR CITIZEN rates apply for age 60 and above- proof of age required.

  4. OKU / PERSON WITH DISABILITIES must present OKU card for verification purpose.

  5. STUDENT rates apply to Malaysian and Foreign students studying in college or university in Malaysia. Please present student ID for verification purpose.

  6. GOVERNMENT Employees must present the employee ID card for verification purpose.

  7. FREE admission applies to children below 80 cm height, only one (1) lap child is allowed per adult. If one adult is travelling with more than one (1) infant under 24 months a seat will have to be purchased for each additional infant.

6. Foreigner’s policy only accepted for Multiple Entry Visa with;


  1. Permanent Resident

  2. Employment Pass (Category I or Category II)

  3. Dependant Pass

  4. Visit Pass (Social)

  5. Visit Pass (Professional)

  6. Student Pass

  7. Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)

  8. Premium Visa

7. Travel Agent / Group Check-In policy;


  1. Passengers must arrive at the Ticket Counter 30 minutes prior to cruise departure time in order to collect the boarding pass.

  2. A penalty fee of RM20.00 will be charged for the replacement of any lost, stolen or damaged card.

8. Boarding policy;


  1. Passengers must be at the boarding gate 20 minutes prior boarding.

  2. The Management will not replace or refund if the customer failed to check in on time or board the boat by the boarding time.

  3. Outside food and beverages (except those for infants or special medical needs) are not allowed into the boat.

  4. Alcoholic drinks, smoking and vape are strictly prohibited.

9. Perahu Dondang Sayang policy;


  1. Pregnant women who have entered their 24th weeks of pregnancy are not allowed to be on board.

  2. Children below 90 cm height or below 36 months are not allowed to be on board.

10. Refund policy;


  1. Purchased tickets can only be used on the same day. No exchange, refund (except for terms under Refund Policy), replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstances. No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.

  2. Customers will get their refund if the boat is not permitted to operate due to boat maintenance, capacity, inclement weather, special events and/or any circumstances beyond Cruise Tasik Putrajaya’s control.

11. Passengers capacity policy;

In order to ensure the safety of the passengers and to manage the boat operation cost , the boat passengers capacity limit are as follows;

  1. Cruise Boat (single deck) :

  2. Minimum 20 adult / child

    Maximum 76 adult / child

  3. Cruise Boat (double deck) :

  4. Minimum 30 adult / child

    Maximum 120 adult / child

  5. Perahu Dondang Sayang :

  6. Minimum 2 adult / child

    Maximum 6 adult / child

  7. Joy Cruiser / Water Taxi :

  8. Minimum 5 adult / child

    Maximum 20 adult / child

12. The Management shall not be responsible and liable for any losses and damages of customer’s personal belonging, accident, death or personal injury however caused.

13. The Management reserves the right to decline entry to any persons causing a nuisance, not following safety guidelines of any other reasons at any time.
